Up to 7 hours · multi-segment agenda
A complete day designed around a specific outcome: capability build, strategic conversation, or team intervention. Includes diagnostic intake, custom design, facilitation, and a written summary of decisions and next steps.
Multi-day cohort program
A scaffolded workshop series — typically two to four days, delivered consecutively or spaced — built on competency models, validated instruments, and applied practice with feedback.
Six- or twelve-session arc
Confidential one-to-one coaching using personality, motivation, and 360° data. Each arc opens with a structured intake, proceeds through working sessions, and closes with a measurement review against agreed behavioural goals.
