Each course targets a different leadership capability. The leadership course focuses on self-awareness, communication, and managing people day-to-day. The performance measurement course teaches how to choose metrics and build a performance rhythm. The culture course focuses on values, norms, feedback, and rituals that shape how the team works together. They can stand alone or be sequenced as a leadership development pathway.
