Alexa Dewhirst-Moore
The practice is led by Alexa Dewhirst-Moore, a Waterloo-trained industrial-organizational psychology practitioner whose work bridges the academy and the field. Alongside private consulting, she serves on the faculty of the Royal Military College of Canada, designing and teaching leadership curricula for officer cadets and mid-career members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
As co-creator of Activate Operator, she translates research on human performance, decision-making, and team dynamics into tools leaders can actually deploy in operational settings.
